a peacock and his darling....

A peacock, all alone:

Wanted someone to set his home,

Gathered a soul from a distant place.

Love at first talk; they experienced

Without each other,

Felt more nd more,

As saw and saw

And one day, you know,

Long distance,

Made his darling feel all ended,

Suddenly, she saw him coming towards her

In a very alluring way,

And all her hopes extended.

She said, “Oh! My sweet heart,

you made me smile,

I love you, is what more i can say.”

A glitter on his face:astonished

Very gladly did he say

“my darling!!”

Now, their love flourished each day.

When ever a moment of separation came,

Her heart went in pain,

She said to herself,

“is it not that he has changed his mind??

Ohh! Never mind! If he’s happy in dis,

I’ll bear it for him

and never show him my face again”

And she said to her god,

“make him happy and love me more.”

But each time he came

and ended the moment of sorrow and pain.

Many times, it happened all,

And the peacock said

“darling, don’t you worry,

We’ll marry one day when we grow

and i’ll never leave you"

A lot of hurdles did they see,

And coped them all,

She developed a taste of trust on him.

And then, it ended all...

He said “I lost my life b’cause of you

and now, we are no more than friends”

Tears washed her face,

Still invisible to him is the pain.

She says, “still, i love you,

Love you a lot,

I’m sad i made your life horrible,

I’m happy, for u’ll live in paradise now,

No one would ever see me cry,not even you

b'cause i’ll never show you how much pain i bear for you..!!

you forgot in a second,

But i’ll remember whole my life,

the moments,we spent ,will always crack my mind,

Each day, i cry for you are never mine again and i spoiled it all...

Each day, i smile for you are contented again,

Tears full in my eyes,

But i’ll stop them and say ‘i love u a lot’

your dreams may make me smile,

But your thoughts would make me weep,

And i live for u,

For i know, you’ll come back,

And end this grief...

Hopes are left to live

and i say ‘God, I'm blessed to see him so happy’

‘love you’....!!!!”

She said ending with tears,

“your voice will always echo in my mind,

your face will always be in my eyes,

your touch on my soul,

And your imprints on my heart,

I love you for you gave all distress in my bucket,

and for me taking your tears is happiness......”

And she lies there now, ALL ALONE........
